Монголын Дугуйн Холбоо анх хот, хөдөөгийн 33 товчоод бүлгэмүүдийг нэгтгэн 1959 оны 08 дугаар сарын 25-нд албан ёсоор байгуулагдсан.
Улмаар 1960 оны 07 дугаар сарын 27-нд Олон Улсын Дугуйн Холбоонд гишүүнээр элсэн Олон улсын бүхий л арга хэмжээнүүдэд оролцох эрхтэй болсон.
